“I just received the biggest check of my life. I couldn’t have done it without you.”

It was a $2.5 Million payout. One of many to come.

I was not surprised.

My client was never playing for the money; he wanted the freedom to do his thing and do it well.

He wanted to explore whether he should stay in a comfortable corporate job or take the plunge and strike out on his own.

This guy was a natural, and I was privileged to help him unleash his potential.

I can often spot the magic in someone before they see it themselves.

We started with what he really wanted.

He did the inner work to unleash his natural talents, took the risk, and built himself a bigger sandbox.

We worked in short, intense bursts, a few hours at a time, months apart. He would call to check his thinking and execute our agreed-upon strategy.

This is what I do.

I help you figure out what you truly desire and how to achieve it.

I have spent over 25 years at the intersection of business and psychology.

I’m a seasoned business executive, an ex-banker, a deal guy, and an investor. I’m also an experienced psychologist who deeply understands people and how the world works.

It's hard to find all of these things in a single advisor.

As a client said, “We just talked about my goals and desires, deal structure, tax implications, and spirituality in one sentence. That never happens.”

If you’re a senior executive navigating power and organizational politics

If you’re a founder wrestling with growth, scalability, or burnout

If you’re a business owner building a team or planning an exit strategy

If you're contemplating a career change and need to reposition yourself

I can help.

You're thinking about growing your business, navigating personnel issues, increasing revenue, or preparing to raise capital,

You’re trying to manage your career in the face of a merger, new ownership, changed leadership, or just want to enhance your performance,

Or you're contemplating a career change or reaching that point in life where you're asking yourself, “What's next?”

Contact me if you want a sounding board.

My clients are smart, ambitious, driven executives. They’re used to solving problems, overcoming challenges, and taking action.

But sometimes that’s not enough.

Top executives rarely have someone in whom they can confide.

Talking to colleagues about fears, doubts, ambitions, or compensation can be risky. Corporate-funded executive coaches help you climb the ladder, but they don’t help you decide whether or not you want the job or figure out how to get paid more.

It's often lonely at the top for Founders and CEOs. Every stakeholder has a different agenda. There's always an angle, and it's rarely yours. My only agenda is to help you succeed.

You can go to a therapist, but it's rare to find a therapist who could survive in any of the business organizations in which I have worked. When navigating the complexities of the modern corporation, you need more than psychological theory to be a good advisor.

The more successful you are, the less people speak truth to power. My mentors taught me not to be impressed nor intimidated by money, power, ambition, or success.

I won’t judge you for your desires. I will help you achieve your goals and call it like I see it.

If you want someone in your corner with no agenda, contact me.

I’m not for everybody.

If all you want is a motivator and an accountability buddy, I’m not your guy.

If you just want support doled out a little at a time, with no goal or end in sight, I am definitely not for you.

If you want

total clarity followed by action and  results,

to go beyond understanding how you feel and actually decide what to do,

to talk about money
, power, and getting ahead without feeling judged,

to receive tactical commercial or career advice grounded in real-world experience,

to cut to the chase
and get it done already,

I’m your guy.

I will bring a level of intensity to our work together. The clients who benefit most from working with me match that intensity.

In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I have an MBA in finance and have worked on Wall Street.

I understand deals, investing, contracts, and tax. I grew up in business — as a thirteen-year-old, I was reading contracts.

I’ve structured leveraged finance transactions, managed global teams, served leaders in consulting and banking (McKinsey and Goldman Sachs), and ran two financial services firms.

I’m not an attorney, accountant, or banker, but I know how to deploy these advisors to execute once you have made a decision.

I can help you manage your teams more effectively, assess talent, communicate compensation, build organizational culture, and address team dysfunction. I can help plan succession, develop exit strategies, evaluate business opportunities, and negotiate for what you want and need.

When it comes to career advice, I have worked in industry, hired and fired people, and set executive compensation.

I have helped clients land leadership positions across industries and negotiate six- and seven-figure employment deals.

There are a lot of coaches out there.

I’m different.

I’m an ex-Wall Street guy.

I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and am a licensed psychologist.

I’ve run real businesses.

And I’ve been helping people for over 25 years.

Contact me to explore working together.
